The Adventures of

JAMIE, LORD OF LEDBURY

The Fork in the Road

An adventure story for kids 3 to 8 years old.

If you love storytelling and teaching valuable life-lessons to kids, then this is the book for you. Divided into chapters for easy reading, each book in the series is a complete, fun-filled adventure loaded with brilliantly coloured illustrations that light up the pages and encourage further reading.

At the end of Jamie’s adventure, there’s a page with suggestions for storytelling, as well as a review of the lessons learned that you can discuss with them.

It’s amazing how much kids can learn if lessons are presented in a story format and they’re encouraged to have fun with words.

So, have a read that will make you smile while encouraging your child to learn!

Join us on this exciting first story of the Jamie, Lord of Ledbury series.

Sometimes something magical happens after the lights go out in Jamie’s bedroom at night. He wakes up to find himself in a castle instead of his house. Usually taking Slurpo the Spotted Dog with him, he goes out to seek adventure in the forest and fields around the town of Ledbury.

Jamie, Lord of Ledbury, meets lots of different creatures on his travels — some good and others bad.

In this story, Jamie, guided by Hoooey the Owl, tries to find the cabin where Growchel the Wicked Witch lives. The only problem is to get there they have to go down the dark, scary path on the left — the path Jamie’s dad told him never to take.

Also, he’s left his best friend, Slurpo, sleeping back at the house and that might turn out to be a big mistake…
