Hope is something we all search for, yet, it seems unattainable to many of us. In a world that values comparison above authenticity, it's easy to get caught up in negative energy. Social media has convinced many people there's a linear way to measure success and the people who usually attain it are perfect. Yet, this isn't the case. In various instances, people fall, stumble, and get through things without having life completely figured out. That is the essence of humanity; to be flawed but worth it.

Unfortunately, many tend to find themselves in the center of what seems like hopeless situations-it's evident in the mid-life crisis that causes your dad to buy a new boat instead of making financially wise decisions. Hopelessness can manifest itself in numerous ways for us all, but most of the time, it's rooted in paradox: when your desired idea of life doesn't match your lived experience. Yet, very few people learn how to manifest their way out of the loop of hopelessness into a more balanced and healthy cycle. We lack how to be imperfect and still live fulfilled lives.

I've been in a couple of hopeless situations before. Thankfully, I could pull myself out of the depths of despair and manifest the life of my dreams. I'm here to tell you you can do it too!
