Patricia Altschul will talk at length during many episodes about the book. --Patricia Altschul is the fan favorite on the show, the maven and diva, and extremely popular among fans who follow all of Bravo's shows. She won the Susan Lucci Award for Best Performance on a Reality Show at the 2016 Bravos -- Bravo Channel's awards show. -- The book is being co-authored by Deborah Davis, a longtime friend of Patricia's and a novelist who has written in a number of categories, most recently narrative nonfiction. She was previously a story editor and story analyst for several major film companies. --There are a number of reality show celebs that have written books, which have been very successful. Bravo reality stars have formed a whole industry of books within publishing. Examples: Bethenny Frankel, Teresa Giudice, Melissa Gorga, Lisa Vanderpump, and Countess LuAnn de Lesseps.
