The Awakened Psychic is an autobiographical account of first psychic experiences; meditating in yoga class, developing as an animal communicator, sitting in mediumship circles, learning Reiki, experiencing healing through past life regression, meeting many spirit guides, and learning how to use crystals and oracle cards for meditating and journeying.
