This new edition has been made even more user friendly, and is suitable for all but the largest and most complex projects, ensuring a fair and balanced relationship between designer and client. Some new features include: * Three clear and distinct Schedules of Services - Design Services, FF&E Services and Building Services. * Additional clauses based on designers real, professional experiences * Fully updated references to the new RIBA Plan of Work 2013.
