The Bitter with the Sweet

J. W. Watkins (Janell Waldrop-Watkins)--mother, grandmother, great-grandmother--became a Christian at twelve years of age, and started writing at the age of eight. Through the years she has been a homemaker, office worker, substitute teacher, Home Health aide, Avon representative, vacuum cleaner salesman, house cleaner, and baby sitter. In her later years, the writing has taken precedence. She always has time, though, for church work and fellowshipping with her family. She also enjoys reading, music, painting, needlework, and gardening. She has a second-degree black belt in Taekwondo. She is currently living in Arkansas on the farm and in the house where she grew up.
