In this book, Kimberly Wilson Daniel, M.Ed., GCDF, a former academy leader, shares what would have made her stay in the profession she loves -- the role she always dreamed of - and ultimately the role she walked away from after two years. She had landed her dream role and subsequently announced at the beginning of her second year that she would be leaving at the end of that same year.
