When Jane's neighbor, Theo, moves to her school, Jane doesn't think anything has to change. But her "friends" have other ideas. Theo finds himself the victim of bullies, and he's dragging Jane down with him. 

Having known Theo her whole life, Jane doesn't want to completely abandon him, especially when feelings bloom between them. But she may not have a choice. Bullying turns to blackmail; verbal threats becoming violence.
