The Cameo Glass of Thomas and George Woodall

This book documents the work of the most important names associated with 19th century cameo glass. The author has been given access to archive material held by the worldwide museums and universities as well as to the collections of sketch books, documents, letters, tools, and photographs owned by the many Woodall descendants. In addition, the book contains hitherto unpublished pictures of pieces in family and private collections and reproductions of George Woodall's own photographic negatives of cameo work.
