The Cats of Ansouis

A sweet story written in both English and French, where a couple lives in a stone house in the South of France with many cats. When the wife asks her husband to care for the cats while she visits her sick mother, his first response is “No!” He does not like cats. However, while taking care of the cats, he finds out they are not so bad after all. The book is beautifully illustrated with colorful paintings and also serves as an introduction to another language.
