The President of the United States is coming to Myrtle Beach and so is the most feared assassin in the world, a man called, The Mamba. FBI Agents Ron Lee and Tim Pond are assigned to help protect the president, but they have a lethal situation of their own to deal with: The Juarez Cartel has sent a team to kill them both as revenge for their killing of Michael Garcia, the favorite nephew of Juan Pablo Ledezma, the kingpin of the Cartel.
