I wrote this book for those suffering from Crohn's and the associated issues, for those close to our hearts, and for the Crohn's-curious. For those of you with Crohn's and the related issues I speak about (as well as including helpful management tips for ileostomy, psoriasis, Crohn's-related pain and much more), think of this book as a trouble-shooting manual or guide that you can refer to as you please. Take what resonates and leave the rest. I truly hope this honest (and at times humorous) resource is a breath of fresh air for those who truly understand - those of you, just like me, who are battling day to day.
