The Curse of Starfall

As a child she visited Starfall, a city of white buildings and magical stonetych that was created by the gods before they left. Yet in this idyllic place, the Shadowed Ones hunt at night, leaving their victims dead or locked permanently in the echo state.

After Nyrnn was attacked, she was left weak, tired, and in pain. She had to give up the future she had imagined for herself and rely on others for support. Her life was hard, but Nyrnn was lucky. She had survived.

One day, a stranger seeks her out. Robern Haedern, a scholar from Starfall, is convinced Nyrnn can help him stop the Shadowed Ones, if only he can convince her to return with him to Starfall. In his promises, Nyrnn sees a future where she can be helpful, rather than always being a burden.
