The Dangerous Slide To Dust: An Ella Portman Adventure

Dangerous quantities of Cocaine are flooding into Australia. ASIO section head Shane Delitani having found drug problems in his own family sends out his top covert operative Ella Portman to Columbia with specific instructions. Find a way to infiltrate the Cartels and gather the information needed to intercept and bring them down. Having formed a romantic attachment to the head of one of the cartels Ella feels things are progressing well. Until the highly paranoid cartel get suspicious and whilst in New Zealand on a marketing trip they turn on Ella drugging her and throwing her over a waterfall to die. Now things really liven up with Shane personally and ASIO collectively seeking untold revenge upon the cartels for her reported death.
