We all have demons we face on a daily basis, and for the young, hotshot attorney from Texas, Russell Morgan, life is no different-with one exception. As opposed to metaphorical demons, Russell's demon is real.

As he engages with this evil entity, Russell's soul is at risk. He attempts to keep a grip on reality and avoid the sins of lust, all while struggling to save his latest client from the charge of first-degree murder, even if the murder was premeditated, savage, and blood-soaked.
