After working many different jobs in La Seraph County, California, Debra Wayland consequently learned that the games people play don't change, only the players do. A male captain and a female lieutenant with a hidden agenda maliciously conspired against Debra, attempting to defame her character. A female chief, over them all, also joined the conspiracy. Nevertheless, Debra had no choice but to fight them all.
