The EasyFeast TM Cook Book

The Food Centre is a community based not-for-profit, registered charity. It was originally founded to establish and operate a food centre for the community.This cookbook has been produced to help those who enjoy the EasyFeast Meals that can be purchased in our supermarket, to recreate them at home from ingredients bought elsewhere if wished. It's also designed as a recipe book, that offers recipes that are healthy and have good nutritional value, whilst being economical and low cost - helping to make your weekly food shop, go further.We hope you enjoy them !
