It's Christmas time and Ralph, Santa's smallest elf, is in trouble again!
Santa's new special toys have disappeared from Santa's workroom and Ralph realizes it is his fault. He searches for the missing toys in the scary forest Santa has forbidden his elves to enter. Struggling valiantly through a wild and windy snowstorm, Ralph must find the lost toys before Santa finds out what he has done.
