The Evergreen Family

Through the bedroom window of our home my wife Dorothy, spotted a group of trees on the skyline. In the early morning mist, they all appeared to be human, animal or bird like silhouettes. A giant turkey, an ostrich, a dinosaur and a huge man with a pointed head were plainly apparent. Each one was covered in leaves with branches resembling arms, legs, necks or wings!Dorothy suggested that I should use my imagination and compose a short story for our grandchildren to encourage them into using their own imaginations.The happy result of Dorothy's idea is 'THE EVERGREEN FAMILY'.We hope it will improve and expand the imaginations of many other children.
