The Evidence of Discipleship

John 8:31 says, "Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed..." In today's society, the road of discipleship is a long and arduous road. There are many called but few that stay the course. Dr. Roy Jones, Jr. in his book, The Evidence of Discipleship, has created a tool for leaders to aid in their understanding of their role as a disciple of Christ. In the words of Oswald Chambers, "We talk about the joys and comforts of salvation; Jesus Christ talks about taking up the cross and following him."
