The first Martian murder

The United Nations sends a small team to Mars to investigate a suspicious death. Included in the team, reluctantly, is Artificial Intelligence robot programmer David Harper - together with a robot specialising in interrogating suspects. The investigation becomes hampered by international law ... and by a unique man-made Martian already working on the red planet. Is this a case of murder? How will the complications be resolved?
