The Follow Through Karate Kids

Karate kids Makoto and Michi love art. These best karate friends dream of painting a mural together in their dojo. But the Quitting monster, a rollie pollie, or pill bug, that changes sizes, keeps getting in their way. As life often goes, Michi and Makoto encounter obstacle after obstacle. They wrestle against Quitting, but one of or both of them keep getting pulled down by this monster. Can the kids use their karate values to beat Quitting and accomplish their goal?

Written and illustrated by an experienced martial arts instructor, this children's picture book uses the backdrop of traditional karate. It helps all children learn about the power of perseverance.
