It's not a matter of "If" your church will face "The Great Divide" caused by racial conflicts, but "When" your church will face this challenge.

This book is a collection of works from over 28 years of my experiences and others' viewpoints on these issues:

• The United States is on a fast train to a multicultural future.
• The phenomena of "White flight" plaguing the urban churches creates a clash between race and culture.

- Racial battles are being fought over tradition, declining churches, and families.

- As our communities become more cross-racial, Caucasian Congregations are struggling to maintain their own culture.

• Churches are closing their doors forever.
• With all these cultural conflicts within the church, the bleeding continues, and the tourniquet tightens in the hope of saving the limb from dying.
