The Groundskeeper

Outside of the fictional town of Rawlingsburg, somewhere in the southeastern United States, the Carswell Estate extends for several miles in all directions. Rebecca Minot, the ambitious and unethical manager of the estate, attempts to coordinate the long-range plans of the owner in such a way that she will personally benefit. Yet the owner's son and sole heir pays an unexpected visit.
