Lucifer Armedeus stares down towards the group of human protesters who have all but condemned his race, knowing that only one thing can change their fate.

He must destroy the Divinity, and become the new god of his world.

Meanwhile, residing in the same monstrous city of metal, forever enveloped in darkness from a sunless sky, Lieutenant Newman will stop at nothing to stop Lucifer. However, he has dark secrets of his own, especially towards the race he is tasked to hunt. The same race in which Lucifer shares blood.

Meanwhile, leading the protest Lucifer is about to sabotage, Diana, will also find her path crossing with the infamous race. After tonight, her path will be forever changed as will both Lucifer and Newman. Soon, all three will learn what it means to be Hateful, and the price that must be paid to pursue freedom.
