The Hightlights of Life

Imagine journaling your life, experiences, and beliefs in poems. I have grouped some poems that I call scattered poetry. Some of the writings tell my reader the mind frame I was in during some of the most challenging seasons in my life. Some I wrote for family and friends. Others are poems I wrote as God them to me. The first four poems in this book were before my introduction to Jesus Christ. I deemed them necessary to be in this book to prove that God can reach you in the lowest place of your life. I pray that these scattered poems bless you and inspire you to do what scares you the most. I believe it's the thing you're destined to do. As you read, may your destiny become more apparent to you than ever before. I learned to journal my experiences and daily life in 2008. These recorded moments helped me cope and clear my heart of anything that would lead to giving up hope.
