The Home Place

Dave Britton is a local Texas Hill Country Rancher living life comfortably on the very land he was raised on until everything blows up across the nation. Dave and his sons Wyatt, James, and Virgil battle forces trying to drive them and their neighbors not only off their land but to annihilate them from existence. With the help of the local DPS State Trooper, his neighbors and an unexpected but much-needed ally, Dave fights until there is nothing left to fight for, or so he made them believe. This story is based upon real characters and their interactions with each other through a perceived attack from outside their community, state or nation.
