Your Pastor has submitted and dedicated their life to watching over your soul, for the benefit of you and God. Being an integral Pastor is a selfless act. Therefore, loving your Pastor must become the pulse of your church. Loving your Pastor honors God. However, you must never confuse love with worship. Your Pastor should never be lifted above God in the culture of your church. But, there should always be the understanding and perspective that you love and honor your Pastor because they are a gift from God.
