The Knights of Omar

The archway was an old cedar tree. Through the ages, the tree had succumbed to the many hardships the seasons had thrown its way, finally bending to these trials and forming this amazing gateway. It had to be at least twenty feet high at the peak of its arch. The top of the tree nuzzled into the ground like a tired child clinging to his pillow. Joshua wondered how he hadn't noticed that before. According to Grumper, these archways were everywhere, if you knew where to look. They were passageways into different realms, different magical worlds.
