After twenty years assigned to the specialized Epidemic Intelligence Unit under the command of the 2nd Foreign Parachute Regiment, 2e REP, Capitaine DuPre retires from the French Foreign Legion only to be drawn back in by a phone call from his ex-wife, Tamara Christianson. Not knowing who else to call, she told him she thought there was an outbreak of Ebola in Brazil, not far from the French possession of French Guiana. Capitaine, Doctor Dijon DuPre, has been recalled, promoted to Colonel and put in charge of the 1st EIU, and deployed to Brazil to ensure the worlds most deadliest virus is contained and does not cross over into French Guiana.
