This is a handbook designed for people involved in community development. It provides thoughts on working with communities and individuals in those communities. It aims to reinforce or challenge present ideas, introduce different perspectives for consideration and focuses on sustainable outcomes, independent of external influence. The premise for the book is that working with communities is not complicated as long as interaction with people and groups is strength based and built around developing strong robust relationships.
