The Man Inside the Shell

Take a trip through my life's journey! One foot at a time when entering the shell! This book of poetry dives into a sheltered chamber of emotions exposing feelings of love, hate, happiness and discouraging moments with uplifting ones as well. Things do not always workout in our favor and we may stumble along the way. I was institutionalized by empty voids like the caged birds that seek freedom! So with experience as my guide I begin to make better decisions and became more transparent and expressive! This changed me, releasing me from my shell!
