Harvey is a rich, aristocratic Cambridge graduate; a confirmed batchelor, who inbetween partying and cruising for sex, works as a cookery editor on a popular women's magazine.  Known in equal measure for his wit, his generosity and his extreme selfishness, it's not surprising that Harvey has few friends. On a junket from his magazine, with his best friend Basil, to attend the opening of the 1936 Olympic Games in Berlin, unbeknown to him, his life is about to change forever...
