The Ministry (& Myth) of the First Lady

The First Lady is one of the most vital, yet obscure roles in the church. Some see the First Lady as a big-hat wearing, non-stop shopping, St. John wearing, looking-good-but-no-substance woman behind the man of God. Others see the First Lady as a call, a position, and a place of authority that God ordained to fulfill kingdom purposes. God has always entrusted women with power, influence, and purpose. Every woman in ministry, whether a First Lady, Pastor, or deaconess, needs to gain insight and training concerning her call. The Ministry (& Myth) of the First Lady clearly define the attributes necessary for every woman in ministry to be one that "excellest them all" (Proverbs 31:29).
