What happens when a young man simply disappears from the surface of the earth?

When Jason Tanner, former FBI agent turned South Florida Private Investigator, receives the visit of Nadine on his live-aboard yacht, he is unaware the search for a missing brother will take him back to confront an old nemesis and a gang of Fentanyl traffickers.

Can Tanner, an illegal drug user himself, bring down a drug-trafficking ring? With the police dropping the ball on the disappearance of Mark Taylor, they continue to show no interest in the clues gathered by the investigator. They even turn the other way when Tanner discovers a secret website that takes the drug orders and handles the deliveries.
