The Mysterious Affair at Banks Trail

Growing up I always thought reading was an acquired taste. Some people liked it, and some people didn t. When I was younger, I was the latter. As a child, I was ok with that, but as an educator, I have made it my job to change that thought process. It s not about reading being an acquired taste but in fact about finding your reading flavor. For me its romance, for others it might be graphic novels or perhaps a novel about the upcoming zombie apocalypse, whatever the case may be I now believe, reading is reading. I make it a point every year to introduce my students to different genres and styles of writing to see which one is their flavor. This year I introduced them to the deliciousness of mystery. This powerful genre had such an impact on our learning that we as a class needed to share it with others. Sit back, relax and take a moment to indulge in the writing of my Wolfpack.
