Stefan Khl has unearthed evidence which reveals the extent to which American and German scientists co-operated before and after the Nazi takeover in 1933. Furthermore, Khl contends that Americans not only borrowed eugenic/racist theories from the Germans but, to a shocking extent, the Germans borrowed very heavily from Americans.
