John Martin Sahajananda is a Benedictine monk of the Camaldolese order. He is the spiritual director of the Shantivanam Ashram in India, and successor to Father Bede Griffiths. He travels regularly to Europe where he teaches a unique spirituality that goes beyond religion and brings together the wisdom of the Indian sages and the revolutionary message of Christ.
