The New Ether, Science and Speculation

This booklet is for the curious, from high school graduate to college professor. Physics history is reviewed before the author reveals his demonstration that the famous Twin Paradox of Special Relativity has never been resolved and cannot be unless one admits that the twins' motion is not relative to each other, but to the ether that constitutes or fills that vacuum. Secondly, Quantum Mechanics is seen to be a special branch of the kinetic theory of gases, more particularly, vacuum must be treated as a material. Mr. Lane shows through simple analogies, how readily the conundrums of modern physics can be resolved. In a relatively short reading, this booklet makes physics understandable again.
