A NightShifter is the powerful and merciless enemy of humankind. There is only one thing on his mind- hunt, kill and satisfaction. After two years ,the Special Case Unit finally exposed the NightShifter station in WestCoast. However, before Elle could complete an exorcism, he disappeared into thin air with four fatal bullet wounds. After finally returning from a 89 year recess, a young NightShifter arrived in WestCoast, only to find his partner has mysteriously vanished. The public boast of his death, yet Phobos can still feel his partners essence lingering in the city.
