Investigating the disappearance of a girl from a small town in the middle of nowhere, a special agent is confronted by peculiar town-folk who each exhibit a complete irreverence and disregard for his case. Where has Jubilee gone and why has the bureau deemed her disappearance to be of utmost importance? Who is the mysteriously masked woman who persists to elude special agent Clark as he finds himself gradually alienated by the estranged nature of his case, as well as the oftentimes absurd welcome he receives by the members of the town?
