The Poetic Beauty

This is a tale of surviving depression and anxiety through poetry. It is a walk through some of the darkest chapters of my life. The times where I saw no end to my pain and did not know how to express it to anyone. It is a collection of my confessions! The deepest truths that were not even known to me until I put pen to paper and they emptied out like a flood. The healing power of poetry has been greater than any I have ever experienced. This book is intended to share that power with the world, hoping to help each reader tap into their inner strength. There is a beautiful strength cradled in sorrow, this book explores that beauty.
