This book is a tool that will navigate you through a task/event/project to help ensure equitable opportunities for your students, staff, and the entire school community. These chapters will guide you through:

• Reflecting upon and implementing your school's vision and mission statement to help drive intentional decision making;
• Identifying your educator values;
• Prioritizing your roles and responsibilities;
• Intentionally planning equitable & culturally responsive tasks, events, and projects that impact student achievement;
• Assessing school-wide practices and protocols using the Culturally Responsive Reflection Rubric; and
• Planning your school year to prevent burnout (school year and daily planner).
