The Prism of Her Thoughts is a diverse collection of poetry born whilst exploring the use of poetry as a therapeutic outlet in a women's group. This collection of poems focuses on themes such as black womanhood, single motherhood, relationships, mental health, forgiveness and closure with the aim to encourage resilience.
