The Professor's Wife

Jill has married her Tom even though she know he had a history of picking up undesirable girls in pubs. She hopes marriage will change him and for a while it seems it has. But after a bit he starts to slip back into his old ways. She feels anxious, but tries to ignore her fears till a girl turns up pregnant on the doorstep claiming the child is his. She leaves him and sets up in a flat with her friend Emma who left her husband when he attacked her. Tom's attempts to get her back become more and more frantic. Can two who are crazy about each other overcome the barriers of betrayal and distrust?
