The Pura Belpre Awards

ALSC - The Association for Library Service to Children. REFORMA is a National Association to Promote Library and Information Services to Latinos and the Spanish-Speaking. Since 1996, the biennial Pura Belpre Awards have celebrated Latino culture, writers, and illustrators.
