It's an unprecedented time in the country. Population controls, censorship, mandatory government service, surveillance, even genocide have all become palatable under the guise of careful semantics and pressure to support the "greater good." The government, led by Samuel Gowon, once hailed a humanitarian, has unchecked power and control over the lives of the American public.

The Rain Falls follows the intertwining lives of six people as they face tragedy, threats, desperate to hold onto hope, faith, and protect the ones they love.
