The Regenerates Trilogy Book One: Project Phoenix

After the attacks on September 11th, 2001, the United States government discovered the terrorists committing the attacks possessed a mutated gene, later called the Regenerate gene, which would mutate the DNA of the host. By the year 2233, the Republic of Bellona requires that each regenerate discovered by modern scientific testing was to be executed. After her file is stolen from the government archives, Katherine Morey is forced to submit her test early. After learning she is regenerate, Kat teams up with Bellona's "public enemy number-one" (The Dragon), and learns how to control her new abilities. Making new friends, and enemies along the way, Kat and The Dragon are unintentionally thrust into a world of conspiracies, super soldiers, and a secret that has been hidden from the public ever since the fall of the United States when they discover a mysterious file titled: "Project Phoenix".
