The Resillant

The Resillant, as the character Grandma Rose, would say, those who have a certain stubbornness about them, refusing to give up regardless of circumstance, and are able to victoriously overcome. The Resillant is about two close knit families in a close knit community who find themselves in a tragic circumstance. The families fall apart, but after a time are reunited. All seems well, with the exception, that is, of Jacob and Kenya, both having that stubbornness about them, become embattled in the end, one by emotions of the past and the other a tireless effort to secure the future.
