The Return of Chief Justice

After missing in action and presumed dead for twenty-five years, a fallen super-hero must come out of hiding to face his arch-enemy one last time! Plagued with self-doubts of past sins as well as bouts of boozing and womanizing, can Chief Justice conquer his inner demons and restore his good name with the support of a dedicated police commissioner, the reluctant help from the son of his former junior sidekick and the love of his newly-created crime-fighting partner?
